Do I have to pay to join and submit a photo?

Absolutely not! You will always be able to post your own photo profile, browse other photo profiles, read the message boards, submit your own photos, search our database, and more.


I can't sign in. What should I do?

Make sure you have your username and password correct. And your browser supports Cookie.


I can't upload my pictures.

Our system only accepts jpeg formated pictures. And it should smaller than 1600*1200.


How to activite my account?

Go to your email inbox, find the email we sent to you and click the link in the email. You may check your spam email, some email system put our mail into spam box.

 

I'm not receiving email from Night24.

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "ADD ADDRESS" on the right side of the screen.
  3. Click "OK".
  4. Can't see images? In the upper right corner of the message window, click "Show images and enable links."

AOL 8:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "ADD ADDRESS" on the right side of the screen.
  3. Click "SAVE" on the pop-up screen.

AOL Netmail:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "ADD ADDRESS" on the right side of the screen.
  3. Click "SAVE".

Earthlink:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "ADD SENDER".
  3. The "ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK" pop-up appears with Night24's name and email address.
  4. Click "YES".

Earthlink Webmail:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK".
  3. Click "SAVE" on the next screen.

Hotmail:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "SAVE ADDRESS" at the top of the message header.
  3. Click "OK" ont he next screen.
  4. Can't see images? In the upper right corner of the message window, click "Show images and enable links."

MSN 8:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "SAVE ADDRESS" at the upper right of the screen.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the address you want to save.
  4. Click "SAVE".

Netscape:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Right-click on the FROM address.
  3. If unable to right-click, use CTRL + click.
  4. Click "ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK" in the menu.
  5. Click "OK" on the Address book pop-up.

Outlook 2000:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Right-click on the FROM address.
  3. If unable to right-click, use CTRL + click.
  4. Click "ADD TO CONTACTS" on the shortcut menu.
  5. Click "SAVE AND CLOSE" in the Contacts pop-up.

Outlook Express:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Right-click on the FROM name.
  3. If unable to right-click, use CTRL + click.
  4. Click "ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK" in the menu.
  5. Click "OK" on the Properties pop-up.

Yahoo:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click "ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK" next to the FROM address.
  3. Click "ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK" again.

Other Providers:

  1. Open your email address book.
  2. Add the Night24 email address that you wish to receive emails from as a new contact. We will always send email from the same address.
